Patchi came to us wanting to build their presence and revenue within their local market in Latvia. They’ve had good success with organic social and building their brand organically, but realised they were losing market share because their competitors started pushing in the paid media space, specifically on Google and Meta Ads.
During the onboarding process, we took the time to learn their brand, set up conversion tracking and put Microsoft Clarity so we can identify problems, should they arise, with their user flow. Their benchmark, inclusive of our fee, was 300% ROAS, meaning anything above their target of 350% ROAS was a win. Once we built out a concept account and got approval, we were off to the races.

December was a slow start, however, we understood that we needed data in the account to develop next steps based on what was, or wasn’t, working. With initial optimisations and high client contact, we were able to get the account into profitability relatively quickly. We were playing with a broad and exact match set up, and like any new account, playing whack-a-mole by excluding any terms we saw come in that weren’t relating to the products in order to squash any potential wasted ad spend.
We’re now planning next steps for year end and the year ahead, to fuel their growth and success by expanding on more paid channels and launching more initiatives like organic social, email and more.
